This is Butter, a five year old English Bulldog full of charm. His dad got him in Texas, and it was love at first sight. Cute, lovable, and completely spoiled, Butter quickly became the heart of the family.

Butter’s Personality & Daily Life
Butter’s got so much personality packed into that little body! Every morning, he wakes up ready for breakfast and gets a bit crazy with excitement. During the day, he chills at home until Mom and Dad get back.
Recently, Butter went on a trip to meet his grandma for the first time, and she was absolutely in love with him .
This little guy knows some super cute tricks too, he can stay, shake. Butter is super clingy and loyal, loves his toys, and goes absolutely bonkers playing with them. He’s social, friendly, and loves meeting new people. Honestly, he’s more than a pet, he’s a full on family member, complete with human “siblings” and a huge love for his dad 😄.

Butter’s Daddy is an incredibly kind and friendly person 💕. During our conversations, I could really feel the deep love between them. Their bond shines through every story and photo, they clearly adore each other so much, and it made bringing Butter to life in wool even more meaningful.

Making Butter in Wool
Creating Butter’s wool portrait was such a fun challenge! Unlike a typical pet portrait, Butter doesn’t really have a standard pose, so we had to piece together a bunch of references to capture him perfectly.
We started from the base and worked up, making sure every detail felt just right. One tricky part was his nose and mouth area, with those irregular black spots—they’re tiny details, but so important to capturing his personality.

The final result is more than just a portrait—it truly brings Butter to life: playful, loyal, and full of spirit. Every tiny strand of wool is woven with love, just like the warmth and happiness he shares with his family every single day.
